When you arrive at our dealership;

• you will be seen to by our service advisor
• we will agree to do the work you specify
• we will provide you with a quote 
• we will let you know an approximate time to collect your vehicle
  

While your car is with us;

• we guarantee that your vehicle is attended to by a fully qualified Hyundai technician
• we will check for any outstanding Hyundai updates
• all updates are performed at no extra charge to you
• we will provide you with our recommendations, should we identify any parts as needing replacing
• we will only ever replace any parts once agreed with you
• we will only use genuine Hyundai parts
• we will call and let you know once your cal is ready to collect.

When collecting your car;

• your service advisor will explain the work carried out and make sure you understand your invoice

Within 3 days;

• we will endeavour to call you back to make sure you were satisfied with the service you and your car received.
