On entering the showroom I was greeted by one of the salesman, who directed me to the service desk. At the service desk a well spoken friendly young man booked me in and said he would bring the courtesy car to the front of the showroom. The car was a petrol automatic Qashqai exactly the same as mine, only mine is diesel.The car was very clean in and out He said he would ring and let me know when my car was ready and he did. On my return, we exchanged keys, and the same young man went through the maintenance report quite in depth. While we were with him, I asked if I could speak to a salesman for a rough estimate of my car value. The salesman talked to me and my wife, Who was excellent at his job and there was no hard sell. We came away with some figures to consider, as of yet we have still not made any decision, as my car was worth less than I thought. I must add the courteous car was great, quieter than ours, and a pleasure to drive.
