Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All vehicles purchased from new are covered by the manufacturer warranty from the date of registration, this being either 3, 5 or 7 years depending on the brand in question. If a non-franchise* J Edgar & Son vehicle has less than 6 months manufacturer warranty available on the day of sale, it will be covered by our J Edgar & Son 6 months Warranty.

J EDGAR & SON 6 MONTHS WARRANTY:
To give you peace of mind, any used car purchased from J. Edgar & Son Ltd. which is not covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty or the Nissan Cared4 scheme, comes with a 6 month or 6,000 miles J. Edgar & Son Warranty. This warranty covers you in the unlikely event that your 'new car' needs any repairing, replacing or adjusting of specific defective parts for the first 6 months or 6,000 miles after purchase from J. Edgar & Son Ltd.
