We bought a new a Hyundai Kona from J Edgars and son at Dunmail park Workington. The service we received was excellent. Paul walked us through every thing we needed to do and sign. Helped us to sign up to the blue link (he did it for us ). Took us to the car and showed us what we needed to know and stayed with us asking questions until we knew everything before leaving. On entering the showroom I was greeted by one of the salesman, who directed me to the service desk. At the service desk a well spoken friendly young man booked me in and said he would bring the courtesy car to the front of the showroom. The car was a petrol automatic Qashqai exactly the same as mine, only mine is diesel.The car was very clean in and out He said he would ring and let me know when my car was ready and he did. On my return, we exchanged keys, and the same young man went through the maintenance report quite in depth. While we were with him, I asked if I could speak to a salesman for a rough estimate of my car value. The salesman talked to me and my wife, Who was excellent at his job and there was no hard sell. We came away with some figures to consider, as of yet we have still not made any decision, as my car was worth less than I thought. I must add the courteous car was great, quieter than ours, and a pleasure to drive.

Edgars Workington are a family run Hyundai dealership. Their service is first class. Always very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to accommodate. Service team are great and sales can get you whatever you want! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend

Purchased a Nissan Pulsar online from this dealership, and the service provided by the sales adviser (Mr Winter) was exceptional. He went out of his way to provide all information via video, from the condition of the car, to the service history, etc. Would highly recommend this dealership, particularly if you are unable to travel to see the car. Excellent and professional service.

Just taken delivery of my first Hyundai really trouble free from ordering until delivery. Everything was done for me even changing over my private number plate. When first walking into the showroom the receptionist and salespeople are really friendly. Joe Blinco was the name of my sales person really good Would highly recommend!!

Staff are incredible. So loyal to loyal customers. I've had three Nissan now and just ordered my forth. The salesman was not pushy in anyway. He talked me through each step of the process. My car brokedown, managed to get it started, drove to Rowah and was offered a auto curtesy car without hesitation. Problem is hopefully sorted. As I have a new car ordered, I cant think of one bad thing to say. Over the years I have been looked after up and beyond necessary. So I'd say HIGHLY RECOMMENDED XX

It was an easy and friendly booking experience, with an on-line Check-in acting as a useful reminder. Timely handover on service day. Taken out to new courtesy car. Sent a video of the current state of my car. The car was ready for collection sooner than I thought it would be. Easy pick up. Had a chance to look at the Ioniq 5 and chat to the salesperson. Really informative.

Just got a new all electric Kona from Edgars at Dunmail park. Service was excellent and car was charged ready to go. Comfortable only few fast chargers in area but they seem to be readily available. The staff are always friendly nothing to much trouble. They are very knowledgable on all aspects of their product. They are main dealers for Hyundai and Suzuki. Will always go back to Edgars for advice which is normally very impartial and totally customer friendly.
